Hear Myself Think is a participatory audio-theatre series inviting you to plug in your headphones and undertake a short, simple everyday activity in the company of one of five different characters.
Developed with guidance from mental health advisors and support organisations, each ten-minute episode also offers bitesize opportunities for active engagement with your own wellbeing.

HEAR MYSELF THINK: SERIES TWO
Lead Artist
Following the international success of HMT S1, I worked alongside producer Nur Khairiyah Bte Ramli to create S2, commissioning 5 writers, 5 directors, and 5 actors to create 5 brand new episodes.
These new episodes were written by Tessa Kaur, Tomasz Lesniara, Blessing Odukoya, Ngozi N/A Oparah and S Rupsha Mitra, all exploring new perspectives on mental health, with dramaturgy by Kaleya Baxe.
The episodes were then directed by Lexine Lee, Daryl Rowlands, Ezenwanyi Amarachi Rachel Nwokoro, Xanthus, and Radhika Aggarwal, and performed by Ella Cumber, Joseph Vaiana, Omolabake Jolaoso, Nicola May Taylor, and Varshini Pichemuthu, with sound design and composition by Kieran Lucas.
